The outgoing 2017 was generous with both good and not so good events. Russians observed political changes, corruption and social ups and downs, and witnessed many achievements in various areas of life. We decided to talk about how the year was remembered with ordinary villagers working and living on Melekess land

Elena Keizerova,
social teacher of the Ryazanovsky Agricultural College:

Although the year was difficult, it was amazing. There were more than enough joyful events. Firstly, the team from our Ryazanov Agricultural College became the winner of the regional competition “The Last Hero”. The guys from the group where I am the class teacher had an internship and received many job offers. This is very pleasant for me as a teacher. Secondly, my daughter was among the best students at the institute where she studies. This is confirmed by an increased scholarship. In addition, for individual merits in teaching, she was awarded a trip to Moscow. Her vocal abilities were also recognized as a professional. Of course, one cannot fail to note the dramatic changes that have occurred in his native village of Ryazanovo. This year the House of Culture was completely renovated. As a person who cares deeply about this industry, I am pleased to see the clean corridors and bright classrooms of the institution. I am sure that now life in the village will become much more interesting. The updates also affected the staff of our local hospital. The “regiment” of Ryazanov doctors has arrived: young specialists have come to work. And this is important for the villagers. With all my heart I want to congratulate the people of Melekess on the upcoming New Year. I want to wish them goodness, light, peace and peace of mind. 2018 will definitely bring a lot of good things. I'm sure!

Ksenia Lukyanova,
choreographer of the culture department, youth affairs specialist of the Municipal Municipality "Mullovo urban settlement":

Very soon the whole country will celebrate the new year 2018 - the year of the yellow earthen dog. And by tradition, I would like to sum up the creative results of the outgoing year. Like previous seasons, this year was no exception and was very eventful and bright for the residents of our settlement. In addition to the main holiday programs that are held year after year in the settlement, there was a ceremony to sum up the results of the past year “Triumph of the Year 2016”, a competition program among the youth teams of the settlement “Laughter through the Ages”, intellectual games between teams of enterprises of the settlement “What? Where? When?”, creative master classes for children and adults in various areas. The youth activists took a constant part in the life of the settlement and the region; one of the brightest events of the past year was the youth rally “Who else if not us”, during which the team prepared a patriotic dance with the flags of the Russian Federation, a business card, defended the project and won an intellectual competition . Pupils of the children's dance studio "Bee", of which I am a choreographer, also did not stand aside from the youth and throughout the year participated in settlement, district, provincial, regional, interregional and even All-Russian dance competitions and festivals, where they showed good results. The collection of young “bees” was replenished with letters of gratitude, diplomas of laureates and diploma holders of competitions, as well as commemorative cups, figurines and participant badges. One of the important and especially striking events of the outgoing year was the overhaul of the Tekstilshchik sports complex as part of the state program of the Ulyanovsk region “Development of physical culture and sports in the Ulyanovsk region.” Following him, renovation work began at the House of Culture, thanks to joining the United Russia party project, as a result of which the facade of the building, the roof, the stage were repaired, and the entire material and technical base was acquired. This year, the children's dance studio "Bee" turns 15 years old, but due to renovation work, the anniversary concert was postponed to March 2018, preparations for which are already in full swing. The House of Culture in the Mullovsky urban settlement is a center for additional education for children and adolescents, leisure for the population, preservation and development of folk art, and the Tekstilshchik sports complex is used for sporting events and educational and training sessions in various sports. In the near future, the long-awaited grand opening of the House of Culture and Sports Complex will take place, for which all creative club associations are preparing. This is truly the biggest and most valuable New Year gift for Mullovites!

Alexander Lesnov,
social activist, head of the village of Nikolskoye-on-Cheremshan:

The past year was good because there were no tragedies or shocks. And he was remembered, perhaps, only for positive events. For example, as always, the festival “A Song Floats Over Cheremshan” was held brightly and loudly in our village. For the third year, villagers have been enjoying the performing skills of Melekess groups and ensembles from neighboring areas. The festival “Nikolsky-on-Cheremshan - the fruit and berry capital” is no less popular among residents and guests of the village. Every year it is sold out: people look forward to this holiday. In addition, the holiday dedicated to Airborne Forces Day has become a good tradition for Nikol residents. It is also one of the brightest and most anticipated events of the year. A big event for us was the laying of a sidewalk from the center of the village to the school and even further. We, the residents, for the 100th anniversary of the Revolution, planted about 100 rowan seedlings along the pedestrian path, on the school grounds and along Chernyshevsky Street. We plan to plant more in the spring.
One cannot ignore the publication of the book “Nikolkoe-on-Cheremshan: from the foundation to the present day” by Sergei Semenychev, which was published this year. Thanks to this publication, replete with historical facts and old photographs, even in the town of Elektrostal near Moscow, they know about the most beautiful village in the Ulyanovsk region. Today, preparations are in full swing to celebrate the 165th anniversary of the local school. We will celebrate this date next year, but already now the school is literally being transformed: the old windows have been replaced with modern plastic ones, and documentation for the renovation of the building is being prepared. I think this is especially important, because children are our future, our successor. This year, 14 babies were born into Nikolsk families. This is a great joy for parents. I know firsthand how great it is to have children in a family. This year he celebrated his 47th anniversary with his wife. As we await our golden wedding anniversary, we rejoice at the achievements of our grandchildren. Senior Artem is getting a profession today, and the ninth-graders never cease to amaze with their sporting and creative successes. On the eve of the New Year, I would like to wish the people of Melekess peace and family well-being with all my heart. Take care of yourself and your loved ones, take care of each other. Health to everyone and long life!

Alexey Gvozdev,
physical education teacher at Mullov school No. 1:

2017 can be considered a fruitful year for our school. It can even be safely called the year of revival, because it was this year that a volleyball team was organized and a basketball team was re-created. As in previous years, the boys and girls football teams are pleased with their success, becoming winners and prize-winners of regional and regional tournaments. In 2017, students of our school, as part of the girls’ team of the Melekessky district, under the wise leadership of the director of the Youth Sports School Rinat Lukmanovich Kafiatulov, became Champions of the All-Russian “Leather Ball” tournament. We hope that 2018 will bring us even more victories and memorable moments in sports life, both for our students and our physical education teachers: coaches Anatoly Evgenievich Bochkov (football) and Sergei Aleksandrovich Zaitsev (basketball, volleyball).

Svetlana Alkareva,
Head of the Novomainsky urban settlement, mathematics teacher at Novomainsky school No. 2:

I remember 2017 for many events. Perhaps the most important thing for me was that I improved my qualification category and celebrated the school’s anniversary with my colleagues.
Overall, I’m pleased with how our community has fared this year. It was possible to repair roads along 30 Let Pobeda and Sovetskaya streets, lay a new pedestrian path in the Microdistrict, and repair the roof of the Culture and Leisure Center. We were pleased with the start of construction of a new boiler house, as well as the gasification of the villages of Truzhenik and Chernaya Rechka.
The students especially delighted in the past year. Mikhail Chekurskov joined the Ulyanovsk region team, formed to participate in the All-Russian stage of the All-Russian summer festival of the All-Russian Sports Society "GTO". The guy showed good results in meeting the standards. And in the test of throwing sports equipment, he came tenth out of more than 600 participants. In the overall standings among all festival participants, Mikhail took 57th place. Another of my students, Dmitry Kozlov, will defend the honor of the Melekessky district and our school at the regional stage of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in a foreign language. I wish him victory with all my heart.
In October, the district House of Children's Creativity, together with the traffic police department, held a creative work competition “Letter to the Driver.” Nine best works from our school participated in the competition. In the “Essay” category, second place was taken by Dmitry Kozlov and Kirill Filippov.
Son Dmitry was also pleased with his achievements. For the first time he took part in the International educational event “Great Ethnographic Dictation”.

New Year is the main winter holiday. Every family, every home has a lot of pre-holiday activities and bustle. It seems that no matter what happens in the world, no matter what crisis visits our planet - Olivier, tangerines, Santa Claus, gifts and smiles will certainly remain! I would like to wish everyone that the bright New Year holiday enters your life, bringing with it prosperity, warmth of the family hearth, health and
pleasant surprises, joyful meetings and smiles. Happy New Year!

Inform Polis journalists analyzed the work of the Parliament of Buryatia over the past 5 years

In 2013, for the fifth time, residents of Buryatia elected their representatives to the legislative branch. However, the word “elected” can be fully applied only to those 33 deputies who relatively honestly passed through the sieve of single-mandate elections.

The second part of the Khural - 33 deputies were elected from political parties. How they formed the lists is anyone's guess, given each other's accusations. The opposition accused local United Russia members of openly trading in “golden” mandates. They even mentioned figures of 20 million. The party in power did not remain in debt and hinted that the list of the local Communist Party of the Russian Federation was also compiled taking into account nepotism. The passage of one Leonid Blyakher from the “Russian Party of Pensioners for Justice” and Molon Lama from the “Civil Platform” can be called a miracle. Now many people do not remember that in 2013, Vladimir Zhirinovsky also first topped the list of his “falcons”. But then he unexpectedly dropped the entire top five and gave his mandate to the teacher of school No. 32, Tatyana Berlina. In any case, the fifth convocation was not monotonous. The United Russia party, which was losing its weight, received 20% fewer votes in 2013 than in the 2007 elections (2013 - 43.3%, 2007 - 62.8%).

Things didn't work out right away

The first session of the People's Khural of a new convocation is usually chaired by the oldest deputy. In 2013, it turned out to be Alexander Korenev, who received a deputy mandate for the fifth time. He turned out to be the senior speaker of the Khural of the previous convocation, Matvey Gershevich, for just a few months. He was expected to occupy the same chair without interference. But his fellow countryman, a deputy from Barguzin, and at that time the leader of the ONF in Buryatia, Boris Bazarov, prevented him from becoming speaker on his first attempt. Boris Botoev was the third to declare his ambitions. However, having received the fewest votes, Botoev left the race. At the same time, he asked his colleagues to support Gershevich in the second round. They say that it was then that, having burst into a laudatory ode in his honor, Botoev “earned” the post of chairman of the government organization committee, promised to Larisa Krutiyan.

At the same time, the non-partisan Bazarov, who advocated the creation of an inter-factional group “People's Deputy” in the Khural, subsequently lost the support of the majority of deputies, and the group itself was not formed. According to some reports, Vyacheslav Irildeev, Tsydenzhap Batuev, Andreyan Zybynov and a number of other United Russia members, deprived of party “portfolios,” allegedly wanted to join the inter-factional group.

Only after a break and “discussion in factions” did the deputies re-elect Gershevich as speaker. If only he knew what he would have to endure in 2 years...

In the meantime, the newly elected deputies spent the rest of 2013 racking their brains over the education law. The question was a sensitive one - to be or not to be the Buryat language in schools. The ground for this was prepared in advance by social educator Gennady Fedik. Back in 2013, Bichur Secondary School officially excluded the Buryat language from its curriculum. Let us remember that this is the permanent constituency of deputy Vladimir Pavlov, who loves to show off his knowledge of the Buryat language.

“Killers” of the Buryat language

The beginning of 2014 was remembered for how, thanks to the deputies of the Khural, the Buryat language was forced out of schools. On February 27, 2014, immediately after the Khural session that adopted an amendment to the education law, a scandal broke out. The most attentive deputies and even journalists discovered that the deputies voted for a different document. Some admitted that they simply overlooked the absence of a norm on the compulsory teaching of Buryat as the state language. Deputy Arkady Tsybikov boldly accused his colleagues of replacing or forging a document. Fyodor Buraev stated that he was initially against this amendment. Deputy Bair Tsydenov (Molon Lama) also spoke about this this morning. The chairman of the committee on interethnic relations of the republican parliament, Tsydenzhap Batuev, called the incident a “misfire.” Journalists could hardly contain their laughter: Did the Khural of Buryatia vote for voluntary study of the Buryat language by mistake?

The Khural Committee on Social Policy, represented by its leader Alexander Stopichev, which was preparing an amendment to the law, urgently convened a press conference. His excuses sounded ridiculous. They say that colleagues themselves did not carefully read the text of the bill. And that the amendment by the prosecutor's office, which removed the clause on compulsory language learning, was introduced at the very last moment before the session. To a reasonable question from journalists: won’t the amendment you adopted lead to all schools abandoning the Buryat language, like Bichurskaya? Stopichev replied:

God be with her, with Bichurskaya!

Thus, Buryatia became the first republic to abandon the obligation to study and teach its second state language.

Arrests of deputies

The summer of 2014 showed that being a deputy does not protect you from criminal prosecution. Even unfair. In July, a well-known businessman and philanthropist, deputy of the People's Khural, Valery Dorzhiev, was detained on suspicion of taking a bribe on an especially large scale while working at the Yakutsk mayor's office. Our fellow countryman was taken there and placed first in a pre-trial detention center, then under house arrest. Let us give it its due, in Buryatia almost no one believed in the guilt of the deputy. Rallies were held in his support and signatures were collected. And the following year Valery Purbuevich was acquitted.

Another deputy was less fortunate - the general director of the Buryat-Pharmacia company, Khankhai Mongolov. He was detained on suspicion of “Giving a large bribe” to specialists from the Ministry of Health of Buryatia. It is interesting that the officials themselves, who received over 900 thousand rubles, escaped with a slight fright. Following Mongolov, Viktor Abusheev lost his deputy mandate, who was found guilty of fraud on an especially large scale and given a four-year suspended sentence with a probationary period of three years. Bato Ochirov was also under criminal prosecution, accused of failing to pay wages to employees of his Ikat-Plus enterprise. But unlike Mongolov and Abusheev, Ochirov retained his parliamentary mandate and even participated in the recent United Russia primaries.

Dry the crackers

In 2015, the seemingly unremarkable election of a new rector of BSU triggered a wave of protests. Rallies began, where participants came out with huge posters: “Nagovitsyn, go away! Take your socks! And “Suitcase - station - Tomsk”.

At a planning meeting with the head of Buryatia, Gershevich said that at a rally in support of the BSU, “unprecedented persecution” of Nagovitsyn began. According to communist Bair Tsyrenov, the speaker had no right to stand up for the head. This served as a reason for the Communist Party faction to demand the resignation of Matvey Gershevich. And this initiative was supported by representatives of other factions. Even Gershevich's party members. It got to the point that deputies, violating the law on freedom of speech, did not allow journalists to attend their meetings on the resignation of the speaker. We had to hide the recorders in the pockets of the deputies themselves.

But in fact, even then, many deputies expressed dissatisfaction with Gershevich’s leadership style. The ex-prosecutor allegedly communicated with the deputies as if he was going to send them to their bunks. By the way, while working in the prosecutor’s office, he more than once recommended from the podium of the session that parliamentarians “dry crackers.”

Longest session

In the summer of 2015, the longest in history (almost two months) 12th session of the People's Khural took place. It was supposed to elect a new speaker of the republic's parliament. This was not possible in the first two days of the session. None of the nominated candidates was able to obtain a majority of the votes of the current deputies (32 votes). Then in July the deputies announced a break in the session until August 28.

Then our colleague Sergei Basayev conducted an interview with the leader of the Khural Frond, Bato Semenov.

I know for sure that if I had gone (to become a speaker - S.B.), they would have gone out of their way not to let me in! Therefore, our team decided to nominate not me, but two other candidates. In any case, what we did with Matvey Matveevich Gershevich is already a step forward! - Semyonov openly admitted then as the leader of the Khural Fronde - we want to elect a competent, independent leader of our parliament. Which would have its own independent, I emphasize, position! And I am already being considered from the point of view of the possibility of my participation in the future elections of the head of the republic. They openly tell me that everything will be done, all resources and money will be thrown in to prevent me!

And if Nagovitsyn leaves, will you apply for the post of head of Buryatia?

If he leaves! (laughs) We have been saying for a long time: he will leave... But, in principle, I was never afraid, I could fight now.

Parliamentary crisis

When asked why he left his post as vice speaker and returned to head Rosgosstrakh in Buryatia, Semenov added that he was thinking about opening a catering service.

In a cultural place, not the way it is done in some buuz bars. But the technology will be the same as our Shenehen buuz, everything is the best, fresh. That is, every day I go to the market, I can do it on camera several times, and there I buy everything from good suppliers. I come to my place and do everything through glass. That is, people who come to eat with me must see how everything is done and be confident in the quality of the food. Then I go out to people, sit down with them, talk, ask how we can better make buuzas, what we can do to make people feel good about coming here. This is the project - said Bato Semenov in 2014, shortly before his relatives opened the Shulendo network.

Even Gershevich himself called that period in Khural a “parliamentary crisis.” When Tsyren Dorzhiev became the new speaker, even his fellow deputies reminded him of the criminal case of his eldest son.

The father is not responsible for his son - the head of the republic then spoke out in support of the new speaker.

Then they recalled the case when in 2011 he beat up the candidate from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation for the post of head of the village of Isinga, Eravninsky district.

Expulsion from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation

In November 2015, Yulia Boloneva was expelled from the ranks of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. An internal party note, which was at the disposal of our editorial office, explained why the deputy did not please the “Reds”. As it turned out, “during her stay in the ranks of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, she “did not prove herself in any way.” Namely, she did not participate in rallies and conferences organized by the communists, regularly violated party discipline, did not speak at Khural sessions and did not attend faction meetings without good reason. And in general, “undermined the honor and dignity of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation” and “played along with the party in power.” In addition, according to unconfirmed reports, Yulia Boloneva borrowed large sums of money from colleagues in the deputy corps, but did not repay the debts.

Then a scandal broke out because of the former communist’s relationship with a certain witch from Kyrgyzstan. One Ulan-Uden woman on television accused deputy Boloneva of connecting them with a charlatan. Yulia Boloneva herself flatly refused to comment on the situation.

Desperate deputies

2016 turned out to be no less stormy. If the communists helped their neighbors in Irkutsk elect a “red” governor, then our “United Russia” members had a complete failure of the State Duma primaries with a kinder surprise at the end - the victory of their “sworn friend” Nikolai Buduev. And yet, the local United Russia members again elected Vladimir Pavlov as their leader. Not because it worked well, but because it suits everyone. The main reason is that there was no one to fill this thankless role of “talking head”.

The flamboyant Arnold Tulokhonov has always remained true to himself. He not only left the senators, he loudly and even slammed the door with a bang. At a press conference, this pundit openly stated that he wrote a letter of resignation because the Putin administration is putting pressure on Nagovitsyn. The senator admitted that he indicated so in the statement.

There is also my letter to the senators about the incompetence of this phenomenon. There is a letter from Khural deputies stating that this pressure is unauthorized. All three documents indicate that the presidential administration does not comply with the laws,” Tulokhonov spoke sharply.

The Square of the Soviets was dumbfounded by such frankness. Apparently, the head of the republic himself did not have any arguments to convince Tulokhonov to focus on science and not merge the administration of the Russian President.

Tulokhonov would have named the oppressors’ names, like a bad boy, names and passwords! - one of the high-ranking officials of Buryatia expressed his heart to the scandalous senator.

In this situation, the most affected were the Khural deputies, who signed a letter asking for Tulokhonov to remain senator. According to some sources, there were 11 such desperate deputies, according to others - as many as 20 people. They say that they were convinced that the contents of the letter were agreed upon with the Putin administration. Then how to understand the confession of Tulokhonov himself?

Tasted blood

Having tasted the “blood” of Gershevich during his overthrow, the deputies remembered that they were still an equal branch of power and were obliged to control the government. Thus, the People's Khural rejected the bill on the program for the socio-economic development of Buryatia, declaring the failure to implement the corresponding program. They criticized Alexander Chepik’s report on five years of work, saying that many planned indicators were changed retroactively to formally fulfill the indicators. To some extent, this can be regarded as a rebellion of the Khural against the executive power. But representatives of the United Russia faction proposed voting again, in violation of the legislation on legislative activity.

PR in retirement

In 2016, the issue of “golden pensions” was especially often raised. But many do not know that mostly former government members receive good pension supplements. There are few deputies among VIP pensioners. Former speaker and now ordinary deputy Matvey Gershevich advocated maintaining VIP surcharges.

Mikhail Gergenov, who positions himself as a fighter against VIP pensions, said on social networks that he has conflicts on this issue with elite pensioners. As a result, in 2016 a half-hearted decision was made. We reduced surcharges by 30% until the end of 2016.

Well, at the beginning of 2017, Khural already met the new head of Buryatia, Alexei Tsydenov. After his inauguration, it became known about the resignation of the first deputy chairman of the government, Innokenty Egorov. But the official did not retire for a well-deserved rest, but simply moved to the deputy’s chair. To do this, deputy Valery Nazarov, who was on the United Russia list, simply announced the early termination of his powers at his own request.

Mister Glister

May 9, 2017 will be remembered for the traffic accident caused by Deputy Mezenin. In a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 SUV, trying to drive along Borsoev Street, which was closed for the parade, he hit a traffic police officer. When the breathalyzer showed the state of intoxication, the deputy gathered journalists and stated that it was a reaction to Glister, a breath freshener. The deputy was fined 30 thousand rubles and deprived of his license for 1.5 years. Later, Mezenin fully admitted his guilt, repented and compensated the traffic police officer for damages in the amount of 100 thousand rubles. And he even apologized. Then the court dropped the criminal case against the deputy. But he left a court fine of 50 thousand rubles.

Calmed down before the elections

This year, 2018, Khural deputies behaved quietly and prepared for the upcoming elections in the summer. Summing up the five years of their work, in fairness we note: no matter how much the deputies are scolded, these are our representatives. In the literal sense, people's representatives with the same advantages and disadvantages as we, who elected them. And most of the Khural deputies honestly did their work, controlled the ministers, and reported to the government. During the five years of their work, deputies of the fifth convocation adopted more than 900 laws. And as we see, the outgoing fifth convocation of the Khural was the most “toothed” in the quarter century of its existence.

2015 is coming to its logical conclusion, and each of us is in a hurry to sum up its results. After all, what awaits us ahead depends largely on what was done in the past year. On the eve of everyone's favorite holiday, residents of Yugorsk and Sovetsky shared with us their personal achievements, significant events in the life of the country and city, and told us about their plans for the coming year.

Natalya Kharlova, senior nurse, Yugorsk City Hospital, department of the Central Social Care Center, Yugorsk:

The outgoing year 2015 will be remembered for the outbreak of war in Ukraine, the death of civilians as a result of terrorist attacks, increased prices for housing and communal services, the most beautiful northern lights and the early onset of winter. Among the local events, the appointment of Fedor Medvedev to the post of chief physician of the Southern State Hospital was important for me. And from the new year I want stability, lower tariffs for utilities, gasoline and food, as well as improved quality of roads. I wish that in 2016 the salaries of deputies will be equalized to the salaries of average workers and, due to this, indexation will be returned to working pensioners.

Alexander Baturin, responsible for sports, Yugorskoye UAVR, Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk LLC, Yugorsk:

The passing year was marked by a significant date for our country - 70 years since the Great Patriotic War. I took part in many citywide events with great trepidation and pride. This is the Victory Parade, and the opening of the “Military Glory” memorial complex, and the planting of blue spruce trees near the memorial, and the athletics cross-country “Victory Mile”, and the meeting of cycling marathon “Brest Project”... Among the sporting events, I cannot help but note the most popular industrial gymnastics , which was included in the “Russian Book of Records” and the “European Book of Records”. I expect fruitful endeavors in 2016 both in the sports, creative and social spheres. As a volunteer and activist myself, I look forward to new skiing competitions, running marathons, bike rides... I wish all residents to start leading a healthy lifestyle and adhere to an active lifestyle in the new year! Good luck to everyone, health and strength, both spiritual and physical!

Anna Zhernosek, social activist, Sovetsky:

2015 was a very busy year for me. I was lucky enough to be admitted to the School of Social Entrepreneurship. During my studies, I developed a project for a children’s sports club “Vityaz”, which I successfully defended in Khanty-Mansiysk. But I was especially pleased with my children’s enormous achievements in sports and creativity. 2016 is coming - this is my year according to my zodiac sign, and I am sure that all the goals that have been outlined will come true. And the main goal is to open a club. It will include such areas as taekwondo, archery... Everything will depend on the financial side of the matter. Taking this opportunity, I would like to address the residents through the news agency “2 CITIES”: we are looking for premises. Maybe a basement. If everything works out, we’ll start recruiting groups in January and open in February. It is important to strive, achieve and win. I wish you all success, health and prosperity in the New Year! Happy holiday!

Alena Knyazheva, salesperson, Dobry chain of stores, Yugorsk:

This year, consumer demand began to fall in the summer. And this trend continued until the end of the year. The revenue of many stores decreased, with the exception of the pharmacy chain. People began to save their family budget. The reasons are different, but the main one is the decrease in income of the population. And prices continue to rise: for meat, eggs, vegetables, fruits, bakery products... But not only for bread. The main thing is family and loved ones! This year my husband and I celebrated our 10th anniversary of marriage! Plans for 2016 - a joint vacation!

Knarik Meloyan, teacher-organizer, “Secondary school No. 4”, Sovetsky:

2015 was one of the best years of my life! I started working as a teacher-organizer at the fourth school in the city of Sovetsky. This is a wonderful place, I graduated eight years ago. During this time, there was not a single day that I regretted working here. Everything suits me: a wonderful team, an excellent director, the best children! We can say without a doubt - I love my job! In the past year, a lot of competitions were held for students, which helped them discover and realize their potential. These skills will be useful to the children in the future. Among the innovations, I would like to note the school’s transition to electronic diaries. This is a great opportunity for parents to monitor their children's progress. I expect only the best from 2016! I hope it becomes richer in terms of education funding. I am sure that the new year will be one of the best, especially for our family, because we are expecting a new addition! I would like to congratulate all residents of Yugorsk and Sovetsky on the upcoming New Year and wish all the best! Believe in miracles and they will definitely come true!

Igor Tretyakov, taekwondo coach, ROO Children's Development Center "Heritage of Ugra", electrician Komsomolsk health care facility LLC "GTU", Yugorsk:

The year 2015 was memorable for the fact that in May the Yugra Open Taekwondo Cup was held for the first time in Yugorsk, dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Victory in the Second World War, with the support of Gazprom Transgaz Yugorsk LLC. The tournament brought together 156 athletes from different parts of our country. Well, we took first place! Also at the end of the outgoing year, the winners of the White Bird Award were announced. I became a laureate in the category " For initiative and effective actions in the field of healthy lifestyle promotion" We are planning to start 2016 with a city taekwondo tournament with the support of the Yugorsk city administration. The competition will take place on January 17 at the Smena Youth Sports School. During the year, my athletes will take part in international tournaments: in St. Petersburg at the Northern Palmyra Cup, in Romania at the European Cup and in Hungary at the World Cup. Also in May, the Ugra Cup will be held, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of GTU LLC. This will be one of the largest tournaments in our district!

Ekaterina Dronova, student, Yugorsk Polytechnic College, Yugorsk:

The most enchanting and historical event in the world of sports for our city was the long-awaited victory of the Gazprom-Yugra mini-football club, which for the first time in history won the “gold” of the Russian Super League! This is not the first year that I have been performing in the support group of the Gazprom-Yugra IFC and I always root for the guys in my heart. There were also many interesting events in the life of students, for example, intellectual quizzes, one of which took place recently in the central city library and was timed to coincide with the district’s birthday. I received a certificate there! Also, in the Year of Literature, I took part in the wonderful event “It’s fashionable to read! " I remember the concert where I performed to the songs of the legendary group “Ottawan”, and the trip to Igrim for the opening of sports grounds. 2016 is the year of cinema. There are plans to watch the most outstanding premieres, and they promise a lot of new films! So everyone to the cinema!

Polina Elesina, volunteer, Sovetsky:

In 2015, many different events were held aimed at helping homeless animals. Many of them were new to the townspeople. For example, the “Family Weekend” event, which, in addition to helping animals, called on city residents to take care of our little brothers. This year, many dogs and cats found their homes, so it can safely be called fruitful. A pleasant end to 2015 is that we created the public association for helping homeless animals “Lucy”. Our strength is growing stronger, we have many plans for the next year. For example, a social photo exhibition that will unite the problems of animals and people. We will also continue to promote responsibility towards our pets. There are a lot of interesting things ahead, you will soon see and find out everything for yourself. Happy holiday!

Olga Grabar, art critic, Yugorsk:

This year has brought a lot of new things that have radically changed my life. The trip to Crimea was a great success and brought a lot of inspiration. Crimea is a wonderful place for all categories of travelers. Married couples will find shelter here with the hospitable hosts of the guesthouses, and young couples will also easily find a place to stay for the night. The brightest city for me was Koktebel. Its bright atmosphere of freedom will not leave anyone indifferent. This unique location offers many creative events. Another great place to relax is the Golitsyn trail in the village of Novy Svet. The place is truly magical. The expanses of the park are enchanting, the mountains are mesmerizing. I was left with a lot of impressions from my vacation! I plan to spend 2016 productively and creatively, doing what I love. I really want to visit the magical country of India and learn a lot of new things professionally.

Elena Kryukova, looking for work, Sovetsky:

This year, the issue of employment became acute for me, where I was faced with the problem of finding a job... there are very few of them, especially for young people! Therefore, I thought about changing my qualifications and learning something new. In 2016, I want to find a job that suits my liking and wallet!
