The recipe for this nut butter is simple, because its base is roasted peanuts - one of the most inexpensive and affordable types of nuts. Many people like peanut butter in its pure form, so to speak - that is, only peanuts and nothing else. But for our family and for me personally, such a dessert turns out to be too bland, so I always add flavoring fillers - sugar and salt. To obtain a smoother and more uniform consistency, refined vegetable oil is also included in the composition of homemade peanut butter (it also increases the shelf life of the finished product).

To make homemade peanut butter, peanuts are an essential ingredient, but I strongly advise you to add quite a bit of refined vegetable oil, salt and sugar. As a sweetener, you can choose not only sugar, but also honey, molasses, syrups.


Peanuts for pasta are suitable both raw and already roasted. In addition, you can use salty - then you do not need to add salt to the pasta. The number of nuts can be absolutely any - I indicated the one that I had at the time of preparation. You can fry peanuts both in the oven and on the stove or in the microwave (my version). It is important not to let the nuts burn or even burn, otherwise the paste will turn out bitter. In the microwave, I toast the peanuts on the highest setting for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. In the oven, the nuts are dried at about 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes.


The next step in making homemade peanut butter is peeling the nuts. A thin skin is removed from roasted peanuts quite quickly and without problems, but it is most convenient to peel a large number of nuts not individually, but using a regular plastic bag. Let the nuts cool slightly, then transfer them to a bag and tie it.




Next, we need a blender or a food processor - it must be powerful, otherwise the paste will take a long time to make and it’s not a fact that your device will not burn out! Some cooks even use a coffee grinder, but then you have to make peanut butter in small portions. We put a part of the peanut in the bowl, add a little vegetable (I have sunflower) oil, salt and sugar (in the process, you can adjust the taste to your personal preferences).


Let's start grinding the nuts - in the following steps I will show how the consistency of the contents of the bowl changes. First, a small nut crumb is obtained.


Gradually, this dry crumb will begin to moisten (oil is released from the peanuts) and clump together. Remove the lid and use a knife or fork to clean the mass from the sides of the bowl so that it again lies on the bottom.


After a couple of minutes, the peanuts will turn into a paste. The mass will heat up, even more oil will stand out, due to which the mixture will become thinner and even more homogeneous. If your kitchen helper gets too hot during the chopping process (and it will get hot, no doubt), turn it off and let it cool down a bit. Then we continue to grind the nuts to the desired consistency.

    Whip the cooled nuts, 4 cloves of garlic and tomato puree in a blender. Pour into soup and simmer for another 15 minutes.

    Frying

    Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots, chop the sweet pepper (it is better to use red), pour everything into a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry until golden brown. Transfer the roast to the first. Add spices to taste:

    • Chile;
    • hot pepper;
    • Curry;
    • Cayenne pepper (all to taste)

    Close the saucepan with a lid and leave on a divider over low heat to simmer for about half an hour. Divide the meat so that there is a piece in each plate (if there are four servings, one drumstick per plate). The soup is ready. Pour into bowls and serve.

    To prepare tender chicken meat you will need:

    • Fillet or chicken breast;
    • Hot peppers;

    Put the garlic in a hot pan with vegetable oil, fry until golden brown, then add pepper, half a tablespoon of sesame seeds and ginger. Fry, stirring constantly, for up to 3 minutes. Put chicken meat in a pan, fry over high heat until a blush appears (about 7 minutes). Then add 1 tsp. Sugar, soy sauce, tomato paste, 1 tbsp. Vinegar (add all spices to your own taste).     Dry nuts (about 1 cup) in the oven, peel, break the nucleoli into two parts. Mix the nucleoli with chicken, mix. Fry a little more (but not more than 1 minute), turn off. Dinner is served. Such unusual meat can be served with a rice side dish, with potatoes, or with vegetables.
