We present you a quiz on the famous story "White Bim Black Ear" by the writer Gavriil Troepolsky! The quiz was compiled by a young pirate from the team of our children's site-frigate Lesya Maxim and her mother Kristina.

Writer Gavriil Nikolaevich Troepolsky was born on November 29, 1905 in the village of Novo-Spasskoe on Elani (now Novospasovka, Gribanovsky district, Voronezh region). Graduated from agricultural school. The first five years after that (1925-1930) he worked as a rural teacher.

The first literary attempt by G. N. Troepolsky dates back to 1938. Then in the anthology "Literary Voronezh" his story "Grandfather" was published. Approximately in 1953-1954. several more were added to his previous stories, and a whole book was published, which readers and critics appreciated as a talented and original thing. In 1956, the second book was published - "At the Steep Yar". According to his script, the film "Earth and People" was staged. At the age of forty-eight, G. Troepolsky became famous writer- a case in the history of literature is very rare. The writer's works have been translated into many languages of the peoples of the USSR and into foreign languages.

In the story "White Bim Black Ear" (1971), G. N. Troepolsky with great faith shows the victory of good over evil and untruth, raises complex moral issues. This work was awarded the State Prize of the USSR for 1975.

Briefly about the work. This wide famous story about a dog - a smart, kind setter Bim, and about people - good and evil, who Bim meets on his way. He, looking for his master Ivan Ivanych, gets into various adventures, overcomes distance, pain and fear, but still does not leave the hope that he will find his master and they will be together as before.

Here is what the author himself, Gavriil Troepolsky, wrote in the preface to his story. Listen:
“... Reader, friend! .. Think about it! If you write only about kindness, then for evil it is a godsend, a brilliance. If you write only about happiness, then people will stop seeing the unfortunate and, in the end, will not notice them. If you write only about the seriously sad, then people will stop laughing at the ugly...
... And in the silence of the passing autumn, covered with its gentle slumber, in the days of the short-lived oblivion of the upcoming winter, you begin to understand: only truth, only honor, only a clear conscience, and about all this - word. A word to little people who will later be adults, a word to adults who have not forgotten that they were once children. Maybe that's why I write about the fate of the dog, about its loyalty, honor and devotion.
... No dog in the world considers ordinary devotion to be something unusual. But people came up with the idea of exalting this feeling of a dog as a feat only because not all of them, and not so often, have loyalty to a friend and fidelity to duty so much that this is the root of life, the natural foundation of the being itself, when the nobility of the soul is a self-evident state.
... That's the way it is among us, humans: there are modest people with a pure heart, "inconspicuous" and "small", but with a huge soul. It is they who decorate life, containing all the best that is in humanity - kindness, simplicity, trust. So the snowdrop seems like a drop of heaven on earth ... "

Who are these words about?

“Great human pity and kindness of the soul guided her .... (Stepanovna)

( Viewing a fragment of the death of Bim )
Who is to blame for Beam's death? (bad, cruel people)

What kind of soul did these people have? ( callous )

-What killed Beam? (indifference, callousness, betrayal of people)

Work on options:

Option 1 “Bim entered my life. How did he get it?

Option 2 "Oh, if Bim were a man .."

A person has many vices, but the worst is indifference.

Indifference is an indifferent, devoid of interest passive attitude towards the world around.

This is the state of a person in which he does not show interest in anything.

Synonyms apathy, callousness, indifference, heartlessness, passivity, callousness.

6) Reading the poem "Do not be cruel" to the music of Mozart's Symphony of the Heart.

The dog was sitting on the sidelines
Hungry, with a broken leg

And looked at the people so plaintively,

But people avoided.

The dog whined piteously

And I waited for help from passers-by,

And howled from hunger and pain,

It was under forty degrees.

But people passed by

Barely looking at the puppy,

Others ran hurriedly

And he didn't turn his head.

I also passed by

I was in a hurry to go to school

Saving from the heat, he planted a dog under a bush,

Hoping to come back after school

I told her: "I'll go from school - I'll pick it up,

You, be patient a little,

And I will feed and drink

And I'll heal my sore leg."

That day I didn’t sit in the lesson,

All her eyes were dreaming,

Praying, asking, as in grief among people,

And a big tear rolled down from them.

When he approached the dog

She was already dead

In vain I looked at people

I waited in vain for help from the soulless.

And then a girl ran up to me:

"Vovka Sidorov killed with this stone."

And she pointed to the rolled cobblestone,

That he was covered in blood.

And I wanted to shout loudly:

- Why are you people so callous,

We do not help the smaller brothers in grief,

And do not save from trouble!

Where is your humanity and kindness,

Ile didn’t get it at birth,

Or has it left you over the years,

Or doubt gnaws at you,

That someday like this, in grief and trouble,

Someone soulless, without hesitation,

The stone of malice will not put on your soul.

When we remember the heroes of this story and the poem, an image of a touching, faithful, defenseless creature arises in the imagination, whose lives ended tragically. They are opposed by the image of an evil indifferent person, for some reason confident in his impunity.

But still, in our life there are more kind and sympathetic, merciful people who care about their younger brothers, there are such people in our class. The guys who prepared a very interesting project for you.

Presentation of the project by students

1. Theme, goals and objectives.

2. Actuality of the problem and solutions.

3. Presentation of work by students.

Did you like the work of our guys?

What did they want to convey to you?

5. The final part of the lesson
teacher's word

-I hope that you understand the meaning of the work of G.N. Troepolsky. If a person is beautiful in soul, he is necessarily kind. They are drawn to the good, they rejoice in it, they love it, they want to be friends with it. However, in life there are callous, indifferent and cruel people.
- Guys, with what heroes of the story would you not like to meet in life, but with which ones would you be friends?

Exhibition of books about dogs.

Among dogs of any breed

There are beauties and ugly

There are giants, these are dogs

Short-legged bulldogs.

Lazy full hostess,

And the dachshund is a lazy button,

Fearless border guard warrior

And the dog Ruslan deserves it!

The owner of the dog is a fist and a miser,

To match him Burr mongrel,

No wonder the dog bites those

Who throws a stone at her in vain.

But if someone is friends with a dog,

That is why the dog serves faithfully.

A faithful dog good friend

Depends on good hands!

6.Summary of the lesson
What feelings did this story evoke in you?
What part of the story touched you the most?

Why is the story named like that?

-What would you do if you met Bim in your life?

- Bim went through a lot in his short four-year life: he

I knew the kindness and tenderness of people, I myself studied these human qualities. And therefore, having gone through the hell of trials, he did not lose the ability to love people, did not become embittered, and went on with the only desire to find his friend ... He believed in us, people.

Individual work.
Reading texts on individual cards.

7 .Reflection

In Russia, in the city there is a monument to Bim (photo) children come to him and bring flowers. We will also give flowers to our friend, if you liked the lesson and everything was clear, choose a green flower, if something is not clear to you, choose red.

Grading (You can grade all students in this lesson)

8.Homework

1.Composition

2. Letter to a friend

The proposed material was developed for self-preparation of students of grade 6 of the II department of the school of the II type for the lesson of extracurricular reading based on the story of G. N. Troepolsky "White Bim Black Ear».

This material will help students consciously understand the text and make a conclusion about what they read. (This tragic story about a dog that was left without an owner and ended up on the street (its owner ended up in the hospital). The dog during his wanderings meets on his way different people: good and evil, cruel and kind-hearted, indifferent and sympathetic, capable of meanness and ready to help. The ending of the book is tragic. Bim, who had almost waited for his master, due to the malice of a neighbor who hates animals, got to the dog catchers and died.)

It contributes to the development of skills to correctly and fully answer questions, preventing speech and grammatical errors.

Troepolsky wrote the story "White Bim Black Ear" in 1971. The author dedicated the work to A. T. Tvardovsky. Central theme The story is the theme of mercy. On the example of the story about the dog Bima, the author shows that a person in any situation must remain a person, show kindness, take care of our smaller brothers.

Main characters

Beam- a dog "from the breed of Scottish setters with a long pedigree. It was an atypical color: white with “red tan marks”, one black ear and one black leg.

Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov- the owner of Bim, a hunter, a participant in the Great Patriotic War; retired journalist.

Tolik- the boy who took care of Bima.

Other heroes

Stepanovna- a neighbor who looked after Bim.

Dasha- the girl who helped Bim.

Khrisan Andreevich- Bim's temporary owner in the village.

gray man- the man who removed the plate from Bim's collar and beat the dog.

Aunt- a neighbor who disliked Bim.

Chapters 1–2

Beam was born to pedigreed setter parents, but had an atypical coat color. The owners wanted to drown Bim, but Ivan Ivanovich took over the puppy. The man became very attached to the animal and soon began to take hunting with him. "By the age of two, Beam had become an excellent hunting dog."

Chapter 3

The third summer has passed. A “screechy and fat” aunt wrote a complaint about Bim: supposedly the dog was dangerous. The chairman of the house brought the paper, but when he saw the dog, he realized that Bim was kind and obedient.

Chapters 4–5

During the hunt, Ivan Ivanovich tried to limit himself to one or two woodcocks per hunt, and then only so that Bim would not “bend over like a hunting dog.”

Ivan Ivanovich once took Bim to round up wolves. After this incident, the dog on the hunt always showed the owner that he had smelled the trail of the wolf.

Chapter 6

Ivan Ivanovich was increasingly suffering from pain, he was worried about an old wound - a fragment near his heart. One day he became very ill. Ivan Ivanych was taken to the hospital. The man asked his neighbor Stepanovna to look after the dog.

Beam ran after the owner. The dog followed the trail to the ambulance building and began scratching at the door: it smelled of its owner. However, Beam was driven away.

The next morning, the dog went out looking again. Bim sniffed at people, examined them. Passers-by noticed the dog and called the police. However, the girl Dasha stood up for Bim. She took the dog home. Stepanovna told the girl that Ivan Ivanovich had been sent by plane to Moscow for an operation.

Chapter 7

In the morning, Dasha brought Bim a collar with a plate on which it was written: “His name is Bim. Lives in an apartment. Don't hurt him people."

A neighbor let Bim go for a walk alone. The dog wandered into the park, the boys noticed him, brought the dog food. One of the boys, Tolik, fed Bim from his hands. “Some uncle” with a cane – “gray” – approached the guys and asked whose dog it was. Upon learning that the dog was a draw, the man took it with him and brought it home. He removed the collar from Bim, as he collected all kinds of "dog signs" (medals, leashes, collars). At night, from loneliness, the dog began to howl. Angry, the "gray" beat the dog with a stick. Beam attacked the man and jumped out of the apartment through the door opened by the offender's wife.

Chapter 8

"Days followed days." Bim already knew the city well. Somehow the dog smelled Dasha's scent, which led him to the station. The girl was leaving. The dog ran after the train for a long time, and then, yearning, fell between the rails.

A woman approached the almost dying Bim and gave him water to drink. Beam trudged along the railroad, his paw was pinched. At that moment a train was approaching. Fortunately, the driver managed to stop and freed the dog. Bim returned home.

Chapter 9

Tolik found out where Bim lives, and now every day he walked with a lame dog. An advertisement appeared in the newspaper that a setter with a black ear walks around the city and bites passers-by. Upon learning of this, Tolik showed the dog to the veterinarian. The doctor concluded that "the dog is not rabid, but sick."

Chapter 10

Gradually Bim began to recover, but only in late autumn he was able to stand on all fours. The neighbor again began to let the dog out for a walk alone.

Once Bim was picked up by a driver who drove them with Ivan Ivanovich to hunt. The driver sold the dog to a friend for 15 rubles. The new owner, Khrisan Andreevich, called the dog "Chernoukh" and took him to the village with him.

Chapter 11

Everything in the village was unusual for Bim: small houses, pets and a bird. The dog quickly "got used to the court, to its population, was not surprised at a well-fed life."

Chapter 12

Khrisan Andreevich took Bim with him to pasture the sheep. The dog had a duty "to turn unauthorized sheep to the herd, to follow them."

Once an acquaintance, Klim, came to Khrisan Andreevich and began to ask to sell Bim. However, the owner refused: earlier he had advertised in the newspaper that “The dog has stuck”, and received the answer: “Do not announce, please. May he live to the end."

Khrisan Andreyevich allowed me to simply take the dog hunting. The next day, Klim and Bim went to the forest. Not accustomed to large prey, the dog missed the hare. Klim got very angry and hit Bim with his boot. The dog fell. Klim left the dog in the forest.

Bim, who lost consciousness from the blow, soon woke up and, barely stepping over, found medicinal herbs.

Chapter 13

The dog spent five days in the forest until he got better and returned to the city. On the trail, Bim found Tolik's house. The boy was happy with the dog, but the parents categorically did not want to leave the dog at home. At night, Tolik's father took Bim to the forest and left him there.

Chapter 14

Bim returned to the city and again came to Tolik's house. The boy's father again tried to catch the dog, but he managed to escape.

Chapter 15

Bim trudged to the house of Ivan Ivanovich. However, when she saw the dog, that noisy aunt called the "quarantine station". Beam was caught, put into an iron wagon and taken to a dog kennel. Waking up in the "iron prison", the dog began to scratch the door. “He gnawed shreds of tin with his teeth and scratched again, already lying down. Called. Asked." By morning the dog was quiet.

Chapter 16

That morning Ivan Ivanovich also returned. The man already at the station began to ask if anyone had seen Bim. Ivan Ivanovich went to the quarantine station. The man barely managed to persuade the watchman to open the doors of the van.

“Bim was lying with his nose to the door. Lips and gums are torn on the torn edges of the tin. He scratched at the last door for a long, long time. Scratched to the last breath. And how little he asked. Freedom and trust - nothing more.

Chapter 17

In the spring, Ivan Ivanovich took a new puppy for himself and Tolika. It was a "pedigreed, typical coloring of the English Setter", which was also named Beam. "But he will never forget his old friend."

Conclusion
